The Physical Medicine Center opened in September 1994 and offers orthopedic, spine, arthritis, stroke and general physical therapy treatment post surgery, injury and illness.

Our physical therapy services are distinguished by personalized care and treatments that lead to rapid recovery, while educating the patient for effective long-term self-care.  We are committed to improving the patient’s quality of life.
